December 22, 2020Shameful council, possibly one of the worst inhumane and miserable councils to deal with in the UK. They won’t hesitate to issue you with a PCN even when you display a valid resident visitors permit, and then will deny your appeal for no good reason. Reading council is an embarrassment to the UK.

The helpline have been helpful and guiding us to the right pass to apply for and options for paperwork they need but we didn’t have. Excellent service
