My 1st contact was answered with a standard response of charges… no decency to even listen to my case. They obviously have thier head so far up the backside they cannot hear what clients want…avoid

These people are ridiculous firing off pathetic letters for clients without any real legal reason. Which means unnecessary expense to clients, with zero prospects of getting any response what so ever from the recipient. To summarise a complete waste of time and money. This is an opinion, please do your own research.

Awful service, and disgraceful CoP solicitor provided to my vulnerable brother, complicit in concealing incidents of neglect and ill-treatment, took no issue with erroneous witness statements, leaving my brother in the hands of the abusers. Disgraceful, absolutely disgraceful.

Bunch of useless people gathering together under one roof

Lack of professionalism… It looks like they employ trainees who cannot answer to very simple questions no matter who you are talking to. They seem to think that every case is the same. They don’t listen and don’t read emails.

Useless. Just useless. Unhelpful to say the least.

Would not take a case due to someone already having a disability and negligence clearly took place but apparently they discriminate against someone who has a life long disability. As they put it its 50/50 whether they believe you or not regardless of evidence being brought forward.
