Really friendly helpful staff, very welcoming and made you feel at home. I made a few changes to my will and everyone – the reception staff, the admin staff and Liz were always accommodating and always kept communication open during this process. I would fully recommend these solicitors.

The website is laughable, describing Liz Garret as treating clients with empathy. I have never encountered anyone as rude and unhelpful. She clearly enjoys being difficult! I wouldnƒ??t use this law firm.

Hopeless. You spend 1.5 hours explaining to a Solicitor what is needed on a will and one calendar month letter you have heard nothing. Not even so much as an apology. Avoid.

When I visited, they were expecting me but hadn’t made a note of what for in spite of a lengthy conversation with them beforehand! Since then I have received a draft Will which didn’t include what I expected and after 2 emails to them they still haven’t replied. So frustrating.
