Money orientated more than helping a client

Promised a timeframe for my conveying which they could not commit too. But more importantly I’m bitterly disappointed at the customer service, unbelievably slow and will not reply until you push, push and push some more!

Gurpreet Singh/Gareth Protheroe – very slow, messed up our application and doesn’t do what you want. Still waiting for case notes a month later. Inefficient and useless saying we were recommended by police and refuge! Let’s see what the complaints procedure brings!

1 Star is too much. Conveyancing dept. were embarrassingly hopeless, they got the wrong house details, gave bad advice and were extremely unhelpful. Will never use Nelsons again.

Two months and counting on my conveyancing, although I was told this would take 1 – 2 weeks max before signing up. What’s worse is how unbeleivably slow they are at replying to you when you contact them. Terrible and I will never use them again. Disappointed.
