Very bad service! A man named Ralph that works there turned me away but promised to see me if you cannot keep promises you must be a very bad solicitor!

i wouldn’t go near them.. they have a trapping style.. they say yes, when you go through the agonising situation to explain, then they trap you with a massive fee. Get their consent in writing on any subjects first, before getting trapped.
