Appalling! Held up my completion forcing me to pay another mortgage payment. Poor communications, got the impression that they pass on cases to inexperienced graduates. It was the cheap option but as with most things you get what you pay for.

I have dealt with many solicitors in my time but Birchall Blackburn are without doubt the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer calls or return messages and when you do eventually speak to someone they are rude. Seriously, do not bother!
