Birmingham office overcharged me in my opinion. Made multiple errors and tried to cover them up in my opinion. Sadly I would therefore not recommend. The matter was ‘investigated’ by the relevant firm but due to inaccurate ( in my opinion) conclusions drawn am having to refer to ombudsman
