No one answers the phone sit there for 30 mins then it cuts you of. Absolute joke of a council rochdale.

By far the worst council I’ve ever had to deal with. Ongoing issues for months now regarding pest control fly tipping and refuse with no resolution, I’m now contacting Manchester evening news, local MP and Andy Burnham. Seems to be the only way to get them to actually do their job.

Had the vaccine today,very impressed with the caring professional service, very welcoming.?????????¯

hi we’ve been told to get in touch with the council licensing unit to claim a grant where you are refunding vehicle licence fees similar to other council’s to help drivers which have struggled currently and paid large fees to earn a living which they can’t. No answer when we call licenceimg department.

Nothing gets processed i visited over 5 times to set a payment up for my council tax. Nobody got back to me. Useless now they think they can summons me.

Utterly Dreadful, Complete lack of pragmatism. No one wants to pay a parking ticket but when pointing out the reason for not displaying one was that the machine was broken, their response was pretty much ‘Tough’….. then they wonder why the high street is struggling!

As usual another council that has no interest in its people. They refuse to answer phones or questions. Don’t even bother with their online services. Logging on gives you no information on anything.
