Very rude response from receptionist/switchboard operator. Solicitor was rude almost to the point of being offensive. Am not a client but was considering using Chatterton’s for some legal work. After the way my call was dealt with I will NEVER want to have anything to do with such an ignorant company.

Was great to start with but once you’ve paid up I can’t even get a call back after leaving messages !!!! All I want is my tp1 paperwork.??? Such a shame…..

Awful, I had the displeasure of buying a house from someone using this company. They delayed the sale due to their own administrative incompetence. They are pathetic at forwarding/sending correspondences – sitting on then for weeks. AVOID.

I echo the other poor review of this solicitor. They wanted to charge me œ300 to certify 1 document, which one of their competitors charged œ10 to certify. Terrible. Steer clear

STEER CLEAR!!!!!! Took over the work from another solicitor who retired. A house should of been sold in joint names but was not then tried to say it was our fault. VERY DISHONEST!!!
