WORST ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE, I WAS THERE DOING AN ENGINEERING COURSE. GRADUATED SEPTEMBER 2014. POOR QUALITY COURSE. I HAD LECTURERS THAT DIDN’T SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH WHICH MADE LEARNING DIFFICULT. ESPECIALLY IN A MODULE CALLED MECH337. LECTURERS HAVE POOR MARKING STRATEGIES, THERE WAS A POINT WHEN A LECTURER MENTIONED TO US THAT SOME OF US DESERVES A HIGHER MARK FOR COURSEWORK BUT HE CAN’T AWARD EVERYONE A HIGH MARK BECAUSE IT WILL BRING ATTENTION TO HIM FROM THE EXAM BOARD. WHY NOT GIVE PEOPLE THE MARKS THEY DESERVE? I WOULD ADVICE ANYONE TO SEEK AN ALTERNATIVE TO PLYMOUTH UNIVERSITY.
