Only two stars from ! I found the Call centre staff friendly and helpful they were sometimes not as efficient as they should be resulting in numerous phone calls from myself to them to pursue one claim which they still have not done correctly. The worst aspect is there collection team. I have been pursued and hounded by them all week the worst aspect of this being that the Refund was issued in the form of a cheque it takes 5 days for a cheque to clear and if you have not paid up in 7 days they pass it onto a debt collection agency (well that is what has been threatened) The collection team are rude and flippant i was told that as my Cheque came last Saturday i should have paid it into my bank on the same day before 12 (my post does not come until 1pm) Absolute joke and takes the shine of what should be a pleasant experience
