Seems like a good company from the flyers and advice they can offer, but as soon as something goes wrong (in my case our built in oven stopped heating up) they claim it as white goods and tell you to fix it privately. Leaving my family without a working oven until I (on benefits, part time student working my ass off to become employable to TRY and get a job) can afford to get a new oven. Just to top it all off, the rent increases yearly, what are we paying for if they wont replace something which I believe is a basic right in this country.
