Unfortunately, after three times of being told that someone would call/email me back I had to go elsewhere. I have no problem with people being too busy (if that was the case) but have courtesy to let customers know so they can go elsewhere.

Difficult to get anyone to get back to me. Called several times. Spoke to someone but the correct person didn’t call back. I think noone could quite work out who I needed to talk to.
