Communication very poor and several calls went un returned. Did combat ancient for my house sale. Very reactive and seemed uninterested with no urgency. Missed the point that I was a client completely and did everything in their own timescale. Fee was just above average.

Very poor service. Made to feel like we are a hindrance rather than the paying customer that we are! At a stage where we might lose our house and our solicitor isn’t going to act on information sent over the weekend until tomorrow. Definitely would not recommend.
