I phoned to obtain a certified copy of a Will, previously prepared through Irwin Mitchell. All of the details were taken and someone was to return my call. No response after a week, so I went elsewhere, where it was all arranged within an hour of enquiring!

We called to get documents notarised and we were told that we could turn up between 09.00 hrs to 12.00. On arrival they told us that the notary had to come from Crawley and that we had just wasted our time.
