A long hard day

I was fortunate enough to be a student for a semester at the University of Leeds. The campus is huge, the student life is great, there are many very well equipped and huge schools, the teaching staff is really top notch and the administration efficient. One of the best experiences of my life!

A great University with wonderful staff and lots of support. Of course the support you receive differs from department to department and the size of your cohort. However all in all the staff welcome constructive criticism and if you bring an issue to them, they will listen.

Would’ve given 4 or 5 stars if they could make sure that one particular staff at the Student Services Centre counter is professional or at least polite (and if they can’t do something about students’ complaints, at least respond ffs). Shame because all my other experiences with this uni was good.
